As a Board member leading our communications committee Ronna created a marketing plan to help us increase the number of our high-level accounts and attract more philanthropy. She worked with us to tweak our verbal identity with a new tag line, elevator speech and major messages that focus on positioning us as a nonprofit and differentiating Shared Horizons from other organizations that perform similar but not identical services. She also did an audit of our various communications channels, including print and digital, and made some suggestions for strengthening them. We are optimistic that her efforts will result in an expanded donor base, a growth in large accounts, and increased awareness of our services for the disabled community.
